Here at Moodit we use colour, design and text to impact the mood of your home, office, wardrobe and well… life! Because sometimes we all need a little reminder each day to stay positive and simply just smile! We’ve all seen the countless help online to lift our moods via exercise, diet, meditation, music etc… but many people don't know that by adjusting what we see around us, we can improve our outlook and gain a better sense of personal wellbeing. Sometimes, we need a spark, a reminder or a catalyst to propel us into action or to help us to lift our mood and be more positive in our mindset and our clothing, accessories and homeware products do just that. What products do you sell?

We offer a wide variety of mood lifting products such as t-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, trousers, shorts, leggings, jewellery, caps, posters, stickers, cushion covers, mugs Featuring designs using colours, quotes and images to lift your mood, but always adding more! How do your products fit?

Currently we only offer adult sizes. Most of our products fit true to size but for some of our women's products we suggest ordering a size up or going with a Unisex alternative. Please see our sizing chart for exact size information. There is approximately a 1 inch variance that can be experienced from what is expressed in the chart. We want to make sure you're happy with your order so please let us know if your products don't match our size chart within reason.
How long does shipping take?

We ship to the following locations and average shipping speeds are: United States: 2 - 4 days United Kingdom: 2 - 5 days We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. It takes 2–7 business days to create and print our apparel products and then they will be shipped immediately. Shipping prices are show at checkout. Do I need to pay tax?

Tax is all covered in the cost of our products on the site and no additional tax will be added at checkout.
How do I track my order?

You will get an email once your order ships. If you don’t receive this in a reasonable time frame please contact us at contactus@moodit.store.
Can I Change/Cancel an order?

Fulfillment is an automated process, so please let us know immediately. There is approximately a 12 hour window which order can be edited prior to production and fulfillment. To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when your order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
How Do I get a Refund?

Typically we only accept returns for store credit however we want to make sure you are happy with our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please let us know and we will be happy to get you a replacement. Please read our refunds policy and complete the form to request this before sending your item back.
Can I create a new design for you?

If you have an idea for a shirt you would like to see in our store let us know at contactus@moodit.store.
